<p>● &nbsp;The controller works closely with other functions including secretarial, taxation, payroll, etc. to</p>

<p>ensure smooth operations of the entity, manage cash flow, and ensure timely payments to</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Coordinate financial and legal diligence for all funding requirements.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Develop, review and closely track detailed business plan including financial and operational</p>

<p>metrics.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Act as a central point and facilitator for all financial reporting.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Review all agreements and MoUs and appraise the management about any financial liability,</p>

<p>prior to commitments made and signatures by authorized signatories.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Review customer contracts towards commercial and taxation and assist sales team in</p>

<p>negotiation of such terms.</p>
