s the Vice President of Sales at Wright Research, you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Drive the planning and execution of sales initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales organization.
Market Analysis and Positioning:

Client Relationship Management:

Sales Performance Monitoring:

Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Qualifications:
