<div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence on E-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) &amp; Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto). The role involves managing platform relationships, optimizing performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth execution of all operations</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Account Management:<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage the day-to-day operations and hold the relationships with the platform POCs to ensure smooth business working.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and key stakeholders across platforms.<br /> &bull;<br /> Negotiate margins, marketing spends, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience managing relationships and ops with e-commerce &amp; q-commerce platforms<br /> &bull;<br /> ⁠Preferably responsible for growth and profitability on different platforms<br /> &bull;<br /> Getting us onboarded on these platforms i.e. owning and growing the brand presence on Amazon, Flipkart &amp; other marketplaces<br /> &bull;<br /> Coordinate with marketplace managers to plan for sales events and category growth<br /> Reporting &amp; Analytics:<br /> &bull;<br /> Track and analyze platform sales performance, promotions, and ad campaigns.<br /> &bull;<br /> Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.<br /> &bull;<br /> Use platform dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<br /> &bull;<br /> Work with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure alignment on platform strategies.<br /> &bull;<br /> Coordinate with distributors and warehouses for smooth operations on platforms.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage campaigns for new product launches on e-commerce and quick commerce channels.<br /> Desired Candidate Profile:<br /> &bull;<br /> 2-4 years of prior experience working with D2C brands or wellness/consumer health brands is highly preferred<br /> &bull;<br /> Proficiency in platform dashboards (Zepto, Blinkit Vendor Panel, etc.) and MS Excel/Google Sheets<br /> &bull;<br /> Demonstrated confidence in a partner-facing role.</div>
