The Role: Founder's Office (Path to Chief of Staff)

This is not an administrative position. It is a career-defining opportunity to act as the force multiplier for the founder and the strategic linchpin for the entire organization. You will be immersed in the highest-priority business challenges, with a mandate to drive strategy and execution across all functions. This role is designed as a direct feeder to the Chief of Staff position, offering unparalleled exposure and a platform for rapid professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Ownership: Lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects from conception to execution (e.g., new market entry, product line launch, operational turnaround).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between departments—including Marketing, Sales, HR, Product, and Operations—to align goals, remove blockers, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time.
• Analytical Rigor: Develop robust financial models, conduct deep-dive analyses, and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions, from growth levers to unit economics.
• Execution Excellence: Translate the founder's vision into actionable plans, managing the central PMO for key initiatives and ensuring the entire organization moves in sync.
• Special Projects: Tackle ad-hoc high-stakes projects, which could range from investor reporting and fundraising support to driving key hirings and organizational design.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

• 2 to 8 years of high-impact experience, ideally in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) OR in a strategic/operational role within a high-growth D2C firm.
• Age: 25-35 years.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
• A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with execution and rolling up their sleeves.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without formal authority.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
