Job Summary

The RPA Senior Developer will be responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and support of RPA production bots. This role involves ensuring compliance with Incident Service Level Agreements (SLA) and following defined support processes and practices to deliver effective Robotics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath Studio.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor automations with UiPath Orchestrator.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy UiPath automation scripts/bots.
• Integrate UiPath Document Understanding into automation processes.
• Utilize UiPath Process Mining for process discovery and analysis.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing UiPath automations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in incident management and support rotation, providing 24/7 support as needed.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-severity incidents and propose effective solutions.
• Periodically review system health and recommend improvements.
• Keep support handbooks and documentation up to date, including updating knowledgebases.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in developing and testing software on a Windows platform, specifically in UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of Robotics Process Automation tools, particularly UiPath.
  • Ability to comprehend business processes from workflow diagrams and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Good communication skills to effectively present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with incident management.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages relevant to UiPath, such as VB.NET and C#.
  • Certification in leading RPA products such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Experience with VB script and Macros.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performing code reviews and enforcing coding standards.
• Ability to engage with clients to gather business requirements.

Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in RPA development and support.

Environment

• Work mode is hybrid, with 3 days of office work and 2 days remote.
• Shift timings are from 3 PM to 12 AM.
