Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy
- Lead the expansion of the photography business across markets and services
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, services, and potential acquisitions
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, particularly with hospitals and family-oriented businesses
Business Growth & Financial Management:
- Complete ownership of P&L for the business.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across all studio locations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure the company maintains healthy profit margins while delivering premium experiences
Brand & Customer Experience:
- Serve as the brand ambassador, embodying our values of emotional connection and creative excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of our "Milestone Journey Approach" across all locations
- Maintain the delicate balance of premium quality with accessibility
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization
Team Leadership:
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team
- Nurture a company culture aligned with our internal values: excellence, empathy, creativity, reliability, and joy
- Inspire and motivate team members by reinforcing the purpose-driven nature of our work
- Establish clear goals, responsibilities, and accountability measures
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient operations across all studio locations
- Standardize processes while allowing for creative flexibility
- Oversee the implementation of technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Balance creative excellence with business pragmatism
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (C-suite preferred)
- Experience in the photography, family services, or premium consumer brand sectors
- Track record of successfully scaling businesses and managing multiple locations
- Experience transitioning companies from service-focused to lifestyle-focused offerings
- Background in building emotionally resonant consumer brands
