Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Zonal Head HR for a fast-growing NBFC. The role will be based in Chennai and report to the Head of HR of the organisation. 

If you or someone you know has,

· Ability to develop and implement HR strategies for the organisation.
· Proven expertise in driving employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· 8+ years of experience working in the BFSI industry.
