Job Description
Role: Lead sales across direct channels – our Grab & Go outlets, online platforms, and retail partnerships. Responsibilities: ● Drive unit sales across Swiggy, Amazon, and other online platforms. ● Manage in-store sales KPIs across Grab & Go outlets. ● Identify and set up new distribution channels & partnerships (retail, modern trade, QSRs). ● Track SKU-wise performance and optimize sales strategy. ● Support marketing team with customer insights. Requirements: ● 2–5 years’ sales experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or beverage industry. ● Strong understanding of online & offline distribution models. ● Network in retail/QSR/e-commerce segment highly preferred. ● Ability to create and pitch a brand story to drive sales. ● Target-driven with proven track record.
