<div>Job Purpose<br />
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our branding and marketing efforts in our Private Brands business. The person<br />
will be accountable for leading the marketing effort on Clicktech Retail’s Private Brands, providing guidance, support, and<br />
vision, and ensuring delivery on marketing initiatives that align with the company's and the brands’ goals. The primary scope<br />
of this role would be to help build our Private Brands across all channels (online – marketplaces, D2C and offline). The role<br />
covers strategic, analytical & executional support to help the brand/s achieve their business targets. The ideal candidate will<br />
be responsible for working with cross functional teams to develop and execute our brand strategy, creating engaging<br />
marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention.<br />
Roles & Responsibilities<br />
1. Develop and implement a marketing roadmap and strategy to achieve the business objectives of our Private Brands,<br />
including but not limited to: user acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and brand awareness.<br />
2. End-to-end management of short-term, mid-term and long-term marketing plans basis the long-term objectives of the<br />
brand.<br />
3. Market & Consumer Understanding: Analysing the evolving competitive landscape, industry trends & brand positioning;<br />
Thorough understanding of the consumer - triggers, barriers, etc.<br />
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, vendor management, and in-stock management, to ensure<br />
alignment on the marketing strategy and execution.<br />
5. Work with agencies and service provider teams across acquisition, retention, branding & design, content & cataloguing,<br />
packaging etc. to create a holistic marketing strategy.<br />
6. New Products Launch: Designing and executing new product launch playbook for success across different channels -<br />
D2C, marketplaces, offline.<br />
7. Communication Development: Ownership of messaging across all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance<br />
marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.<br />
8. Create and manage budgets to support marketing initiatives and ensure the best return on investment.<br />
9. Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels (online marketplaces, D2C<br />
and offline), including social media, display, and search.<br />
10. Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant organisations to expand the<br />
brand's reach and reputation.<br />
11. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for<br />
improvement.<br />
12. Work with the business teams to manage and deliver the P&L of business.<br />
13. Define the annual operating plan and work with various stakeholders to implement it</div>

Education<br />
• MBA in marketing<br />
Experience & Other Requirements<br />
▪ Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand & marketing, preferably in the Home & Living industry.<br />
▪ Prior experience in managing D2C channel, experience in e-commerce marketplaces is mandatory.<br />
▪ Prior experience of dealing with marketing agencies will be preferred.<br />
▪ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer, content marketing.<br />
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple<br />
projects simultaneously.<br />
