Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, SQL Server, and Python, along with a strong understanding of modern Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines and solutions to support analytics, reporting, and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with data architects and data scientists to implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust testing and validation processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance data engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in C#, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, SQL Server, and Python.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java or Scala.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
