We’re looking for a skilled Analytics Developer with deep expertise in Databricks, Power BI, and ETL technologies to build scalable data pipelines and deliver high-impact dashboards and reports. This role is hands-on and requires close collaboration with technical and business teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize real-time/batch data pipelines in Databricks

• Implement Databricks Notebooks, optimize clusters, use SQL, Python/Scala

• Integrate with Azure Data Factory, build dashboards using Power BI, DAX

• Manage Power BI security (RLS, gateways), connect to Azure Synapse

• Maintain ETL/ELT workflows and support governance and compliance

• Drive innovation with AI/ML and modern analytics tools

• Self-starter with strong logic and problem-solving ability

• Excellent English communication skills

• Passionate about learning new technologies

🎓 Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor's/Master’s in CS, Data Science, or related

• Azure Data Engineer Associate

• Databricks Data Engineer Professional

• Power BI Data Analyst Associate

🔧 Experience:

• 8+ years in analytics, reporting, and data integration

• 4+ years with Databricks (SQL, Python/Scala, clusters)

• 4+ years with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling)

• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend

• Strong SQL and Azure cloud experience
