Job Description

Broad Responsibilities:

 

  • The role will require marrying - product innovation, customer experience, channel strategy and P&L management for Torus Digital
  • Leverage partners to sell to the right customers, leading sales and client relationship management and tracking new markets and emerging trends
  • Responsible for business development by developing strategies and plans across all businesses/ product offerings
  • Develop and drive strong relationships with relevant clients, customers, vendors, etc across all businesses/ product offerings
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring we become the fastest growing and scalable platform
  • Own the business and financial metrics and derive actionable insights across teams to drive growth and profitability
  • Drive business expansion and new onboarding activities in line with overall business and product strategy
  • Innovate on new business/ product offerings to solve customer problems and create value
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction/ NPS and deliver on improvement areas

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • 12-18 years of relevant experience monitoring and directing sales, marketing, account management and expansion
  • Should have had P&L ownership in a fintech company
  • Mix of strategic and executional exposure to onboarding clients, BD, selling, cross-selling
  • Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of key drivers/ trends
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work well cross functionally
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
