The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our accounting processes and performing comprehensive financial analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: - Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounts. - Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. - Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Supervise the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Administer employee benefits programs, payroll, and compensation plans. - Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Interpret complex financial data. Qualifications: Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA or similar professional certification preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
