Job Description

We’re looking for someone who loves being on-ground and bringing the brand alive in real markets and in tangible ways. Someone who is sharp, deeply operational, can handle everything from ideation to post-event insights, while managing dynamics on the ground with calm and confidence.

If you’ve led highly integrated activations, launching brands, creating retail buzz, road shows, mobile van campaigns and enjoy the thrill of doing it all together, you might just be who we’re looking for. This role is for someone who’s a doer and passionate builder of brand on ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive all aspects of on-ground brand launch/ activations campaigns in cities across India, planning to execution and reporting
  • Roll out city-level activations, hoardings, mobile vans, street theatre, roadshows, celeb/influencer engagement, and media-led visibility
  • Manage every detail, event logistics, vendor teams, ground staff, community stakeholders, budgets, reporting, end to end to management.
  • Build hyperlocal networks with local event companies, trader communities, chamber heads and local press/media.
  • Create a template of activities that can be used to plan and conceptualize launches/ activations in other cities
  • Collaborate closely with internal brand and content teams to ensure the messaging and execution is consistent and aligned.
  • Constantly track KPIs per city – including visibility, engagement, reach, leads – and refine strategy on the go.
  • Create post-activation reports with learnings, insights, and ideas for scale or improvement.

We are looking for:

  • 10-15 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, preferably in brand side or an event agency.
  • Deep hands-on experience in markets across India, understand the dynamics, the culture, and how to work with local vendors and partners.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
  • Excellent vendor management and team leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and get hands-on with execution.
  • Great energy, strong negotiation skills, and a real sense of ownership.
