Someone who is sharp, deeply operational, can handle everything from ideation to post-event insights, while managing dynamics on the ground with calm and confidence.</span></span></span></p>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Own and drive all aspects of on-ground brand launch/ activations campaigns in cities across India, planning to execution and reporting</span></span></span></li>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Roll out city-level activations, hoardings, mobile vans, street theatre, roadshows, celeb/influencer engagement, and media-led visibility</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Manage every detail, event logistics, vendor teams, ground staff, community stakeholders, budgets, reporting, end to end to management.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Build hyperlocal networks with local event companies, trader communities, chamber heads and local press/media.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Create a template of activities that can be used to plan and conceptualize launches/ activations in other cities</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Collaborate closely with internal brand and content teams to ensure the messaging and execution is consistent and aligned.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Constantly track KPIs per city – including visibility, engagement, reach, leads – and refine strategy on the go.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Create post-activation reports with learnings, insights, and ideas for scale or improvement.</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">We are looking for:</span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">10-15 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, preferably in brand side or an event agency.</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Deep hands-on experience in markets across India, understand the dynamics, the culture, and how to work with local vendors and partners.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong project management and negotiation skills, ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments, keeping timelines and budgets on track.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Excellent vendor management and team leadership capabilities.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Willingness to travel extensively and get hands-on with execution.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Great energy, strong negotiation skills, and a real sense of ownership.</span></span></span></li>
