Role-Brand Manager- Sorrentina <br /> Honestly Italian Private Limited aims to be the country’s first food platform that brings together digitalfirst brands, experiences and retail destinations that will influence and shape the narrative around <br /> food amongst India’s most discerning consumers. The company is led by Ms Avni Biyani who had <br /> earlier conceived and operated Foodhall, the country’s leading gourmet food retail chain and Ms. <br /> Ashni Biyani, former Managing Director, Future Consumer Limited. Over a period of ten years, Avni <br /> built a strong team of professionals who helped Foodhall emerge among the leading luxury businesses <br /> in the country, while Ashni created Rs 3100+ crore fully integrated FMCG business with over 21 brands <br /> across food and HPC. <br /> Sorrentina, the company's first brand, was launched earlier this year. Best known for its namesake <br /> restaurant in Mumbai, Sorrentina now offers a range of fresh and packaged food products and FMCG <br /> range available through multiple digital platforms, marketplaces, its own D2C platform sorentina.in <br /> and leading modern trade and gourmet stores in India. Built as a digital-first brand, Sorrentina is led <br /> by a team with deep experience and expertise in gourmet food, digital content, and commerce. The <br /> company’s second brand, Soul Chef will deliver innovative, healthy, and flavorful range of pantry <br /> essentials and will be launched in the next financial year. A third brand offering a range of snacking <br /> and munching options is under conceptualization. <br /> Along with these brands, the company is also launching a chain of retail stores targeting young, <br /> gourmet food lovers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. Designed as an interactive space for food <br /> connoisseurs that offer epicurean treats for cooking, eating and entertaining, these stores will be filled <br /> with with better-made, new-to-market products and new-age brands. The store is being designed <br /> from the lens of a smartphone user and orders placed on digital platforms will be fulfilled through a <br /> same-day home delivery network. The stores will also be supported by a state-of-the-art commissary <br /> that are being set up in the three cities.<br /> HIPL is backed by Think9 Consumer Technologies, a venture-backed, digital-first brand development <br /> platform formed by experienced entrepreneurs, marquee investors, and industry professionals who <br /> have expertise and experience in building some of the most popular brands in the country.<br /> WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?<br /> Lead Brand marketing initiatives, campaigns, content calendar, social media, influencer <br /> marketing to maximize reach<br /> Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to highlight <br /> opportunities and key issues<br /> Responsible for 360 degree Marketing such as Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, <br /> Offline activation, Pop ups, GT/MT etc<br /> Own and drive social media presence for the brand<br /> Point of sale content for online platforms, offline platforms and events<br /> Identify and execute events for Pop-ups and other brand promotion activities<br /> Creation of marketing calendars and segmenting the budget across campaigns and channels<br /> Initiating Community building to drive brand desire and consumer loyalty <br /> Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts<br /> Manage the development of selected integrated brand communication and develops <br /> communication material for exploitation across a number of channels – Emailers, WhatsApp <br /> etc.<br /> Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market execution <br /> plans<br /> Analyzing and researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying <br /> potential areas to expand, based upon consumer needs and spending habits<br /> WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM?<br /> 4-7 years of experience working for a D2C/ Food/ FMCG brand<br /> Understanding of brand marketing and communication <br /> Expertise in online and offline marketing<br /> Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills<br /> Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment<br /> Ability to multi task<br /> WHY WORK WITH US:<br /> You will be part of our founding team and get your hands dirty in the 0-1 stage of building a <br /> D2C brand.<br /> You will work with a solid set of people from diverse backgrounds.<br /> You will independently lead projects and have ownership of your deliverables.<br /> You will be pushed out of your comfort zone and watch your learning curve spike.
