<ul>
	<li>The Research Analyst shall be responsible for specialization in a Banking and Financial Services, Insurance sector and track the same on a regular basis. He shall develop deep understanding of the sector and companies involved.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>He shall carry out detailed fundamental analysis of the individual companies both within and outside his sector and communicate the same to the team. He shall meet the company management, have periodic calls with the management and prepare reports as may be required in pre-decided formats. He shall interact with the sell-side research analysts and help the fund manager in identifying and tracking the companies for the fund portfolio.</li>
</ul>

	<li>He shall recommend securities for investments based on analysis carried out and also track the portfolio companieson a regular basis as may be required. He shall also assist the fund manager in managing the portfolio as and when required by the fund manager.</li>
