Job Summary

The Application Administrator will focus on analyzing, developing, and operating workflows within the Agiloft low-code platform. This role requires direct engagement with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to their needs. The position aims to support business objectives in an agile environment by ensuring process and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain contract templates within the Agiloft low-code platform.
  • Plan, align with internal customers, implement solution designs, and maintain customer demands.
  • Collect, analyze, align, prioritize, and bundle customer requirements.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and user interface components to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate the platform with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, e-signature tools) to ensure seamless data flow between contract management and other business applications.
  • Develop APIs or leverage built-in connectors to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Optimize contract lifecycle automation for efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various customers and partners across different countries within the Siemens organization.
  • Establish best practices for low-code design, scalability, and security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in application administration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Agiloft.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows and user interface components.
  • Experience in integrating applications with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API development and management.
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Familiarity with low-code development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
  • Additional certifications related to Agiloft or low-code platforms.

Experience
