Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales operations, ensuring end-to-end management of the vertical.
  • Manage profit and loss statements, driving consistent growth in business value and volume.
  • Lead, train, and inspire team members, aligning them with the company's vision and values.
  • Negotiate with builders, developers, and clients to secure favorable outcomes and foster long-term relationships.
  • Drive expansion and performance in sales, distribution, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and intelligence, integrating insights into strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership for planning, forecasting, and achieving financial goals.
  • Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Deliver accurate weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports with actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Design and implement training programs in coordination with training associates.
  • Organize recognition and reward initiatives to maintain high team morale and performance.

  • Strong sales closing techniques and individual accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple regions under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal interactions.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive client matters, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups.

Preferred Skills
