Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Managed Service Model for a Data Governance project. This position demands a dynamic individual who is well-versed in Scrum methodologies and can effectively communicate both orally and in writing. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of project objectives while managing timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data Governance projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices in agile project management.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Mentor team members to foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, specifically in managing Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in Data Governance projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Assertive leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Previous experience working on managed service models.
• Knowledge of data management and compliance standards.

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in Data Governance and Scrum methodologies.

Environment

• The role requires working from the client location around Whitefield, Bengaluru.
• Involves collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Salary

• Budgeted salary: 1.3 - 1.4 L per month (15-16.5 LPA).
