D2C Growth Lead - 

, we’re redefining what high-performance haircare looks like for Indian hair. Backed by biotechnology and scientific precision, our formulations are designed specifically for Indian hair and weather—delivering results global brands weren’t built to offer.

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly after our direct-to-consumer launch.

Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB ’19, IIT Delhi ’13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani ’09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we’re VC-backed (RTP Global, All-in Capital) and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Your Role: D2C Growth Lead

We’re looking for a data-driven hustler to own and scale our website ecommerce This is a leadership role and the person will get an opportunity to own the website D2C P&L. You will also get a driving seat at a fast growing D2C company and close mentorship for building leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

Own the revenue and overall P&L of the brand website


Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels


Manage a team of 2-3 people include retention/CRM and analytics


Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns daily across creatives, audiences, and funnels


Drive revenue growth while owning CAC, RoAS, conversion rates, and LTV payback


Work closely with content team to guide creative strategy for new content


Identify winning hooks, formats, creators, and narratives through data


Build dashboards for data visibility and making data driven growth decisions


Closely work with tech to optimise and improve landing pages for better conversions

What we are looking for

6-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in ecommerce


Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads with experience managing 50L+ monthly spends


Proven track record of scaling revenue while maintaining healthy RoAS


Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and experimentation


Prior experience with D2C or consumer brands is a huge plus 


Bias for action; fast testing, fast learning
