We are looking for an experienced Category Leader to manage and optimize procurement and<br />
distribution strategies for specific import categories: Metal Scraps, Polymers (incl. PVC), and<br />
Agro Imports (incl. Edible Oils). The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge in<br />
these respective sectors and help drive revenue growth by building strategic supplier<br />
partnerships, optimizing supply chains, and creating go-to-market strategies that enhance our<br />
product offering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship<br />
with new prospects across the supply chain as well as maintaining a strong relationship with<br />
suppliers and customers.</div>

<div>Responsibilities:<br />
● Develop and own a long-term category growth roadmap for each assigned segment,<br />
focusing on profitability and competitive market positioning<br />
● Own and manage the P&L for the assigned categories, ensuring targets for sales, margins,<br />
and vendors are met or exceeded<br />
● Lead procurement and distribution efforts to drive sales through strategic customer<br />
acquisition and contribute to our overall revenue growth<br />
● Develop relationships with key suppliers and distributors, ensuring competitive sourcing<br />
● Prospect potential clients using innovative direct methods, networking, channel<br />
partnerships, and thorough research<br />
● Acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships with our valued clients</div>

<div>What are we looking for:<br />
● Proven track record of owning and driving category growth through data-driven strategies<br />
and supplier management<br />
● Experience in both procurement and distribution processes for Metal Scraps, Polymers<br />
(incl. PVC), or Agro Imports (incl. Edible Oils), with a deep understanding of global supply<br />
chains is a must</div>
<div>Cross-functional leadership abilities, with experience working with legal, sales, marketing,<br />
and operations teams<br />
● Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external<br />
suppliers<br />
● Self-starter with a passion for results and ownership of business outcomes</div>
