⦁    Develop and maintain the annual budgeting process, including gathering input from relevant departments, analysing historical data, and preparing comprehensive financial  forecasts.<br /> ⦁    Perform financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, identify areas for cost optimization, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.<br /> ⦁    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed projects, investments, and initiatives.<br /> ⦁    Conduct cost analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize profitability.<br /> ⦁    Coordinate and present preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and variance analysis.<br /> ⦁    Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.<br /> ⦁    Support the CFO in preparing board presentations for specific financial analysis.<br /> ⦁    Guide the tech team to develop and maintain tools and dashboards to streamline financial data accuracy.<br /> ⦁     Works closely with the Leadership to evaluate new projects (both India and overseas), conducting viability & risk assessment thereof and strategy for end-to-end implementation<br /> ⦁    Strategize and oversee critical / crucial deliverables of Commercial and Costing function<br /> ⦁    Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time to achieve the aforesaid objectives.<br />
