Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies for Homeville Group, focusing on the Affordable Home Loan sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the home loan market and involves close collaboration with management and business unit owners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from open market, developer channels, and connectors/Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
  • Focus on affordable home loans with a ticket size of approximately 40 lakhs.
  • Collaborate with management and business unit owners to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Manage and execute sales operations to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree required.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or affordable housing finance sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sourcing cases from developer channels and DSAs.
  • Understanding of affordable housing finance products and market dynamics.

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on home loans or related financial products.

Environment

  • Location: Pune.
  • Work Type: Full-time.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).

Salary

  • Estimated salary: INR 1,100,000 per annum.
