Role Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive institutional sales by managing and expanding relationships with key institutional clients. The role involves business development, client servicing, and revenue generation through investment solutions offered by the organization.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients such as corporates, trusts, banks, and financial institutions 
Drive AUM growth and revenue generation through acquisition and servicing of clients 
Identify new business opportunities and actively onboard institutional clients 
Present investment products, market insights, and portfolio strategies to clients 
Coordinate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery 
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy 
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements 

 

 

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in institutional sales / corporate sales within AMC, BFSI, or financial services 
Strong understanding of mutual funds, fixed income products, and capital markets 
Excellent relationship management and communication skills 
Ability to work independently and meet business targets 

 

 

Compensation & Details

Fixed Compensation: Up to INR 14 LPA 
Variable Pay: 30% of fixed compensation 
Role Type: Individual Contributor 
Reporting To: Centre Head – Institutional Sales 
Job Band: 11
