Job Description

A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Minimum of 8 years of experience in FEA, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, or similar tools.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Proven experience in managing and delivering complex engineering projects.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></span></span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for FEA tool automation.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Aptos Narrow","sans-serif"">Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.</span></span></span></span></li>
