Job Summary
The Head of Home Ops will play a crucial role in leading operations across various micro-markets in Mumbai. This position involves managing staging, warehouse, and design teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality. The successful candidate will drive improvement initiatives through the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implement quality audits, and oversee the execution of strategies impacting cost management and financial control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate staging, warehouse, and design teams across Mumbai micro-markets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and quality in staging.
- Set up quality audits and contractor incentive structures to achieve objectives.
- Roll out integrated management systems (IMS) to streamline operations.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contractors, vendors, and procurement partners.
- Directly oversee on-ground execution in 1-2 micro-markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations, warehousing, and procurement.
- Proven leadership experience in running operations teams and managing warehousing processes.
- Strong capabilities in building and leading vendor networks and ground teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong track record of system building.
- Ability to drive financial control and cost management effectively.

Experience
