Genesys Developer

Job Summary

The Genesys Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) or Genesys Engage platforms. This role involves creating and managing Genesys Architect flows, routing, IVR, and call flow designs, as well as integrating APIs and configuring scripting within the Genesys environment. The position supports the organization’s customer experience and contact center operations by delivering efficient and scalable communication solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop call flows, IVR, and routing strategies using Genesys Architect.
  • Implement API integrations with Genesys Cloud to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Configure and script within the Genesys environment to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize Genesys SDKs (Platform and Media SDK) for custom development and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
  • Support chatbot and voicebot integration to improve customer interaction channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) or Genesys Engage platforms.
  • Strong experience with Genesys Architect flows, routing, IVR, and call flow design.
  • Skilled in API integration with Genesys Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Genesys SDKs including Platform and Media SDK.
  • Expertise in scripting and configuration within Genesys.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS for integration with Genesys Cloud.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for custom integrations.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of chatbot and voicebot integration technologies.

Experience

  • Minimum relevant experience in Genesys platform development and integration.
  • Experience working with contact center technologies and customer experience solutions.

Environment

  • Full-time position with a hybrid work mode.
  • Job locations include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
  • Collaborative work environment involving cross-functional teams.

Salary

  • Salary range: ₹9,00,000 to ₹24,00,000 per annum (INR).
