Key Responsibilities:<br />  Take ownership of one of the Key Product Segments such as Disbursements Mechanisms<br /> (BNPL, Credit Cards, UPI Credit, Khata etc), KYC, Merchant, etc<br />  Work on product roadmap, backlog, and deliverables.<br />  Be an exceptional team player<br />  Closely partner with engineering and design to understand trade-offs and refine requirements<br /> that meet product goals.<br />  Gather data from multiple sources to measure the effectiveness of new features and identify<br /> areas of improvement.<br />  Create and socialize artifacts that clearly communicate requirements including BRDs, user<br /> flows, and prototypes.<br />  Formulate hypotheses and quickly validate with prototypes, user feedback, and<br /> experimentation.<br />  Work with customers, support, and engineering teams to handle and resolve any critical<br /> customer issues that arise.<br /> What we look for:<br /> We need people who are quick learners and bold enough to suggest crazy ideas.<br />  1-3 years of experience in product management<br />  Experience in working with fast moving and agile teams.<br />  Hacky mindset and a Will Get it done attitude.<br />  Great work ethic and eager to learn/unlearn.<br />  Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders efficiently and effectively<br />  Have a Deep understanding of the space they work in.<br />  Preferably worked in FinTech or Ex-Founder<br /> We also encourage you to apply even if you took a break from professional life for whatever<br /> reasons.
