1. Comprehensive experience in creating short term and long-term service standards, operational policies towards enhancing customer experience
2. Proven capability of nurturing partnership by engaging with various working groups at all levels
3. Keen planner, strategist & implementer with strong commercial and business acumen.
4. Ensure customer delight, feedback mechanism.
5. Should carry excellent Client Relationship (Internal as well as External), good at making and maintaining public relations backed by strong influencing skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Ability to visualize the bigger picture, eye for details to craft solutions that build compelling value proposition for the customer, yielding revenue growth.
