Our innovative solutions and expert team<br /> have established us as a trusted partner for businesses nationwide.<br /> The Role<br /> You&#39;ll be responsible for owning, developing and executing a comprehensive revenue<br /> generation strategy that directly impacts Aparajitha&#39;s P&amp;L.. This includes:<br /> ● Build and execute a data-driven Sales &amp; Marketing plan that leverages technology to<br /> optimize lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer<br /> lifetime value (CLTV)<br /> ● Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue<br /> streams, and maximize profitability while considering the unique business landscape<br /> in India.<br /> ● Motivate and empower your team to consistently exceed sales targets and quotas,<br /> fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.<br /> ● Oversee all marketing initiatives for the Indian market, ensuring brand awareness,<br /> lead generation, and a strong return on investment (ROI).<br /> ● Utilize data and analytics to measure performance, identify growth opportunities,<br /> optimize strategies, and ensure alignment with overall P&amp;L goals.<br /> You&#39;re a Perfect Fit If You Have:<br /> ● Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing leadership in India, with at<br /> least 2 years as a CRO or VP of Sales, and a successful record of driving revenue<br /> and profit growth in the Indian market.<br /> ● A deep understanding of the Indian business landscape, competitor analysis, and the<br /> ability to translate insights into actionable strategies focused on revenue and P&amp;L<br /> optimization specific to India.<br /> ● A relentless focus on achieving ambitious revenue goals and a passion for exploring<br /> new market opportunities.<br /> ● The ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a diverse team to achieve ambitious<br /> goals and consistently exceed targets.<br /> ● A strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to leverage data and<br /> analytics to inform decision-making and optimize revenue generation.<br /> Additionally, you possess:<br /> ● Strong integrity, humility, and work ethic.<br /> ● A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional<br /> relationships.<br /> ● A deep understanding of CRM and other Sales &amp; Marketing technologies.</div> <div>● Experience working with Indian regulations and business practices.<br /> Aparajitha Offers:<br /> ● The opportunity to lead a dynamic and talented team in a fast-paced environment.<br /> ● A competitive compensation package with attractive benefits tied to performance.<br /> ● The chance to make a significant impact on Aparajitha&#39;s future and financial success<br /> in the Indian market.<br /> ● A work culture that values innovation, creativity, and professional development.</div>
