Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)/VP Business/Head
Aparajitha is seeking a visionary and results-oriented CRO/VP to join our leadership team
and drive our ambitious growth strategy in the Indian market.

The Role
You'll be responsible for owning, developing and executing a comprehensive revenue
generation strategy that directly impacts Aparajitha's P&L.. This includes:
● Build and execute a data-driven Sales & Marketing plan that leverages technology to
optimize lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer
lifetime value (CLTV)
● Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue
streams, and maximize profitability while considering the unique business landscape
in India.
● Motivate and empower your team to consistently exceed sales targets and quotas,
fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
● Oversee all marketing initiatives for the Indian market, ensuring brand awareness,
lead generation, and a strong return on investment (ROI).
● Utilize data and analytics to measure performance, identify growth opportunities,
optimize strategies, and ensure alignment with overall P&L goals.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
● Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership in India, with at
least 2 years as a CRO or VP of Sales, and a successful record of driving revenue
and profit growth in the Indian market.
● A deep understanding of the Indian business landscape, competitor analysis, and the
ability to translate insights into actionable strategies focused on revenue and P&L
optimization specific to India.
● A relentless focus on achieving ambitious revenue goals and a passion for exploring
new market opportunities.
● The ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a diverse team to achieve ambitious
goals and consistently exceed targets.
● A strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to leverage data and
analytics to inform decision-making and optimize revenue generation.

● Strong integrity, humility, and work ethic.
● A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional
relationships.
