Adobe Campaign Consultant

Job Summary

The Adobe Campaign Consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, specifically Adobe Classic. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their marketing requirements and translating them into effective campaign strategies and implementations. The consultant will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their marketing requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop campaign workflows, data schemas, and targeting strategies.
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to clients on Adobe Campaign functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation related to campaign implementation processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and its implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Adobe Campaign implementation, with a focus on Adobe Classic.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting or client-facing role.

Environment

The role is based in multiple locations including Bangalore, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Pune. It involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.
