Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive Location: Mumbai (Full time) Reporting to: Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing About Amaha Amaha is a leading mental health organisation on a mission to make high-quality care accessible, compassionate, and deeply personalised for individuals and families across India. Founded in 2016 by psychiatrist Dr. Amit Malik and social entrepreneur Neha Kirpal, Amaha was born out of a shared vision to close the wide gap in mental health care in India. Today, we oer a full spectrum of mental health services: therapy, psychiatry, digital self-care tools, and structured treatment plans across conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and addictions. Our care is delivered in three ways: ● Through our network of online therapists and psychiatrists ● At our physical centres in cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru ● Through our award-winning app, with 600+ tools and self-guided resources We work in 15+ Indian languages, have served clients in over 600 cities, and have delivered over 100,000 therapy sessions. Our multidisciplinary team includes 200+ trained professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health coaches. We also partner with leading organisations, universities, and schools to bring emotional well-being support to over 700,000 individuals through our workplace mental health programs. In 2022, we took a big step forward by acquiring Children First, India’s leading centre for child and adolescent mental health. About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Executive who’s curious, creative, and eager to contribute to a purpose-led brand. In this role, you’ll support our social media and influencer marketing eorts, contribute to campaign planning, and help bring Amaha’s voice to life across platforms. You’ll have guidance from the senior brand team, but we’re also looking for someone who can take ownership of small projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do ● Plan and execute social media content and campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis ● Ideate for ads and come up with content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms ● Support influencer collaborations, from shortlisting and outreach to coordination and reporting ● Track industry and cultural trends to suggest timely and relevant brand moments ● Assist in organising small-scale online or oine community activities ● Use basic tools to track content performance and suggest improvements ● Participate in brainstorming, campaign reviews, and learnings across the team ● Take full ownership of small projects with guidance and support from the team You’re a Good Fit If You… ● Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a social media, content, or brand marketing role ● Have worked in or with agencies or startups ● Are familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter ● Are confident with writing and communication ● Are detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback ● Are interested in mental health, people, culture, or social impact ● Are excited about growing in a young, fast-moving, and supportive environment What You’ll Get at Amaha ● A chance to work on campaigns that truly make a dierence in people’s lives ● Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals across brand, content, clinical care, and digital product ● A team culture that values empathy, openness, and high standards ● Freedom to take initiative, explore ideas, and lead small projects ● A workplace that respects work-life boundaries and mental health This is a full time, in-oce role based in Mumbai.
