Job Title: Finance Controller (Grade: Deputy General Manager/Sr Manager) 
Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office) 
Reporting To: Head -Finance 
Role Summary: 
The Finance Controller will lead the finance function for a fast-growing café chain with 40+ retail 
outlets across India. 
This role involves overseeing financial operations, including ,but not limited to AP and AR, ensuring 
compliance, driving process improvements and automation, and providing strategic insights to 
support business growth.  
Proficiency in Microsoft Navision ERP is essential.
 Key Responsibilities: 
Financial Operations & Reporting 
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounting, month-end closures, and 
accurate monthly financial reporting. 
• Oversee accurate and timely recording of revenue, collections, and payments across multiple 
retail outlets. 
• Maintain financial discipline and reconciliation completeness using Microsoft Navision ERP. 
• Independently manage and comply with quarterly and annual statutory audits  
Internal Controls & Compliance 
• Implement strong internal controls for cash handling, digital collections, and store-level 
expenses and other vendor payments  
• Ensure daily reconciliations between POS systems, bank statements, aggregators, and ERP. 
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and audit processes. 
Process Improvement & Automation 
• Drive process automation in areas such as invoice processing, vendor payments, and MIS. 
• Collaborate with operations and IT to optimize ERP usage across modules like inventory, 
procurement, and approvals. 
Qualifications & Experience: 
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance with 8–12 years of relevant experience. 
• Prior experience in retail, QSR, F&B, or franchise-based multi-location businesses. 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Navision (Business Central) or similar ERP platforms. 
• Solid understanding of Indian taxation, audit procedures, and financial reporting.
