- Excellent Communication and reporting abilities
- Strong data analysis and excel skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
· 3–4 years of experience in brand activation, events, or marketing execution (preferably FMCG
· Strong organizational, coordination, and vendor management skills.
· Execution excellence and attention to detail.
· Creative problem-solving and agility under pressure.
· Team collaboration and leadership in field environments.
· Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTION
· Leads Brand development and execution of annual marketing activation plans that drives achievement of business objectives
· Lead tracking of execution of various activations.
· Develop and apply in-depth understanding of consumer insights to the consumer activations
· Have the ownership & input into customizing local campaigns and initiatives to relevant markets with the objective of driving consumer excitement and motivating purchase
· Lead cross-functional teams in order to execute brand initiatives leading multiple projects and teams to achieve results
· Manage budget and monitor spend against planned objectives
· Work closely with activation agencies and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and setups.
· Manage quotations, procurement, and payments in line with budget approvals.
· Execute trade activations, visibility drives, and in-store promotions to enhance brand presence.
· Monitor and report activation performance, including consumer feedback and participation levels.
· Liaise with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment on activation objectives.
