Operations Head

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee and optimise operations across our
AP. This strategic leadership role requires managing multi-location healthcare operations,
ensuring clinical excellence, implementing operational efficiencies, and maintaining our
commitment to affordable, high-quality eye care services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management
 Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our vision of making quality eye
care accessible and affordable across all
branches(Vijaywada,Rajahmundry,Vishakapatnam,Anantapur,Warangal)
 Oversee daily operations of the multi-location eye hospital network, ensuring consistent
service quality and operational efficiency.
 Drive operational excellence while maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising
technology or patient care standards.
 Formulate and execute expansion strategies for new branch openings and service line
additions.
Healthcare Operations & Clinical Coordination
 Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, support staff, and administrative
departments across all branches.
 Manage integration and optimisation of advanced medical technologies, including robotic
cataract surgery systems and AI-guided diagnostic equipment.
 Implement standardised clinical protocols and best practices across all locations while
maintaining the highest patient safety standards.
 Oversee patient flow management, appointment scheduling systems, and day surgery
operations.
 Team Leadership & Workforce Management
 Lead and manage teams across 14 locations comprising 51–200 employees, including
paramedical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams.
 Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure service excellence and patient-
centred care. 
 Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all
locations.
 Collaborate with medical directors and senior surgeons to ensure operational support for
clinical excellence.
 Multi-Location Coordination
 Standardise operational processes, policies, and procedures across all 14 branches in different
cities.
 Ensure effective communication and coordination between branches for resource sharing and
best practice implementation. 
 Monitor performance metrics for each location and implement corrective actions where
needed.

 Manage logistics for inter-branch coordination, including staff mobility and equipment
deployment.
Required Qualifications
Education
 Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business
Administration, or related field (mandatory), MBA in Healthcare Management or Operations
Management (strongly preferred).
 Additional certifications in Healthcare Operations or Hospital Administration (added
advantage)

Experience
 Minimum 10–12 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5
years in healthcare operations. 
 At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing multi-location
operations.
 Proven track record in managing healthcare facilities with 50+ employees.
 Experience in a speciality hospital or eye care operations (highly preferred)
 Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and cost
optimisation in healthcare settings.
