<div>Operations Head</div> <div>Position Overview<br /> We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee and optimise operations across our<br /> AP. This strategic leadership role requires managing multi-location healthcare operations,<br /> ensuring clinical excellence, implementing operational efficiencies, and maintaining our<br /> commitment to affordable, high-quality eye care services.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Strategic Operations Management<br />  Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our vision of making quality eye<br /> care accessible and affordable across all<br /> branches(Vijaywada,Rajahmundry,Vishakapatnam,Anantapur,Warangal)<br />  Oversee daily operations of the multi-location eye hospital network, ensuring consistent<br /> service quality and operational efficiency.<br />  Drive operational excellence while maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising<br /> technology or patient care standards.<br />  Formulate and execute expansion strategies for new branch openings and service line<br /> additions.<br /> Healthcare Operations &amp;amp; Clinical Coordination<br />  Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, support staff, and administrative<br /> departments across all branches.<br />  Manage integration and optimisation of advanced medical technologies, including robotic<br /> cataract surgery systems and AI-guided diagnostic equipment.<br />  Implement standardised clinical protocols and best practices across all locations while<br /> maintaining the highest patient safety standards.<br />  Oversee patient flow management, appointment scheduling systems, and day surgery<br /> operations.<br /> &nbsp;Team Leadership &amp;amp; Workforce Management<br />  Lead and manage teams across 14 locations comprising 51&ndash;200 employees, including<br /> paramedical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams.<br />  Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure service excellence and patient-<br /> centred care.&nbsp;<br />  Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all<br /> locations.<br />  Collaborate with medical directors and senior surgeons to ensure operational support for<br /> clinical excellence.<br /> &nbsp;Multi-Location Coordination<br />  Standardise operational processes, policies, and procedures across all 14 branches in different<br /> cities.<br />  Ensure effective communication and coordination between branches for resource sharing and<br /> best practice implementation.&nbsp;<br />  Monitor performance metrics for each location and implement corrective actions where<br /> needed.</div> <div> Manage logistics for inter-branch coordination, including staff mobility and equipment<br /> deployment.<br /> Required Qualifications<br /> Education<br />  Bachelor&amp;#39;s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business<br /> Administration, or related field (mandatory), MBA in Healthcare Management or Operations<br /> Management (strongly preferred).<br />  Additional certifications in Healthcare Operations or Hospital Administration (added<br /> advantage)</div> <div>Experience<br />  Minimum 10&ndash;12 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5<br /> years in healthcare operations.&nbsp;<br />  At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing multi-location<br /> operations.<br />  Proven track record in managing healthcare facilities with 50+ employees.<br />  Experience in a speciality hospital or eye care operations (highly preferred)<br />  Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and cost<br /> optimisation in healthcare settings.</div> <div>Essential Skills &amp;amp; Competencies</div> <div> Multi-location healthcare operations management, Financial acumen, and P&amp;amp;L<br /> responsibility<br />  Strong leadership and team management<br />  Healthcare compliance and quality assurance knowledge, Analytical and problem-<br /> solving abilities<br />  Excellent communication and stakeholder management</div> <div>Contact Information</div> <div>Phone: +91 9160433442<br /> Email: hr@smartvisioneyehospitals.com<br /> Website: www.smartvisioneyehospitals.com<br /> Salary Range: 15-18 LPA<br /> Location: AP ( Head from Vijayawada)</div>
