Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or in closely aligned technical roles (program management, data science, engineering) within a product-focused company.
  • A strong data-driven product mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on exposure to fraud analytics, underwriting, collections, or business intelligence, with a clear understanding of how data influences financial product workflows.
  • Proven experience working with data—using analytics, metrics, and user insights to shape product direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
