Job Description

Scrabble has been mandated to hire an operations Manager for a rapidly growing financial services company based in Mumbai.


Team Supervision and Coordination:
● Oversee and coordinate the activities of Senior Executives across multiple functions
including Customer Service, Accounting and Compliance, Banking, and Company
Secretary.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
● Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all
operational activities such as:
○ Verification of KYC documentation
○ Systematic completion of PAS4 allotment process, coordination of pre-PAS4 tasks.
○ Overseeing creation of new SPVs, obtaining registrations.
○ Managing bank accounts, executing agreements, and integrating with payment
gateways.
○ Coordinating documentation management, including pre launch documents.
○ Validating EOI documents, updating portal records, and managing post-closure
documents.
○ Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, facilitate statutory compliance,
including AGM coordination.
● Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency
in service delivery and documentation
Client and Internal Stakeholder Relations
● Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and
effective communication.
● Foster collaboration and communication between internal teams to streamline processes
and address cross-functional challenges.
Process Management and Improvement:
● Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance
efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
● Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize workflow and
resource utilization across all operational functions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
● Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness
and efficiency of operational activities.
● Generate periodic reports for management review, highlighting key performance
indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
Vendor and Partner Management:
● Evaluate the performance of external vendors and service providers, ensuring
adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize cost-efficiency and service
delivery.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
● Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic goals and initiatives for
operational excellence.
● Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, driving execution and
achievement of targets.
