Job Description As a Pre-Sales / Product Specialist at Onextel, you will be the subject matter expert for our product offerings, playing a pivotal role in enabling clients and internal teams to maximize the value of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption, provide technical expertise, and drive product enhancement based on market feedback. Key Responsibilities Educational Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus. Experience: • 3-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Product Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a CPaaS, Telecom, or SaaS environment. • Proven track record in customer engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design. Technical Skills: • Strong understanding of CPaaS offerings (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, APIs, and integrations). • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices-based architectures. • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, workflows, and presentations. • Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, or querying databases (preferred but not mandatory).Soft Skills: • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. • Collaborative mindset to work across sales, product, and technical teams.
