Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator with expertise in IBM OpenPages and development experience in JavaScript (JS), REST, and DevOps to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our implementation and administration of the OpenPages platform, ensuring optimum performance and integration across key financial and audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Administering IBM OpenPages within an enterprise environment, focusing on configuration and optimization.
- Configuring OpenPages modules such as Internal Audit, Financial Controls, and Third-Party Risk Management.
- Developing and implementing data models, scripts, and system integrations to enhance functionality.
- Creating reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics, leveraging data insights for informed decision-making.
- Utilizing Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Terraform, to streamline development processes.
- Collaborating with users, clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and manage incidents and changes.
Qualifications

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and system integration.
- Proven experience with IBM OpenPages, specifically with modules for Internal Audit, Financial Controls, and Third-Party Risk.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a robust background in incident and change management.
