Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in establishing our new team for existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. This high-impact opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. You’ll work closely with the founders to build processes, attract talent, and shape the company culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in attracting and selecting potential candidates for various positions.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Help in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an MBA in HR (1st or 2nd year) from a recognized university.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
  • Skills in Employee Relations Management and Human Resource Management.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience or coursework related to HR analytics.

  • 0-1 years of experience required.

  • The work setting is a full-time internship position in a dynamic startup environment.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: RS 4000 - 5000
