firm with US$2.5 billion in AUM, focused on Grade A office developments across India’s top four
cities: Bangalore, NCR, Pune, and Mumbai. Managing a 10 million sq. ft. portfolio of institutional-
quality Class A office assets, GV delivers highly efficient, well-governed, and globally competitive
office developments. The funds comprise a mix of stabilized core assets and assets under
development, offering institutional investors diversified exposure across the commercial real estate
spectrum.
GV is fully integrated across the real estate value chain, with in-house capabilities spanning
investments, fund management, design & development, leasing, and property management.
Role Summary:
This individual will oversee the structuring, management, and execution of Godrej Venture’s
investment vehicles, ensuring they operate at the highest standards of governance, compliance, and
performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in institutional capital management, real
estate investment strategies, and fund structuring, with a proven ability to engage with global LPs and
institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Capital Partner Management
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for GV’s institutional investors, including sovereign
wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, and global LPs.
• Provide regular reporting, portfolio insights, and investment updates to capital partners,
ensuring transparency and alignment with investor expectations.
• Prepare and deliver investment presentations, and strategic capital market updates to LPs
and investment committees.
• Handling conflicting situation
Investment Analysis & Decision Support for business growth
• Conduct financial modelling, risk analysis, and market benchmarking for fund-level
investment decisions.
• Work closely with investment, Asset Management, and finance teams to form new growth
strategies
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to manage fund administration and risk
mitigation strategies.• Will manage capital calls with Investors
• Develop and implement best-in-class fund governance frameworks which should be best in
class, institutional grade
Key Requirements:
Experience & Education
• 8-9 years of experience in real estate investment, or fund management.
• MBA; CFA, CA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong expertise in institutional capital management, fund structuring, and real estate
investment strategies.
Technical & Industry Expertise
• Deep understanding of real estate investment management, capital markets, and
institutional capital partner needs.
• Extensive experience managing fund structures, joint ventures, separately managed
accounts, and club structures.
• Strong knowledge of fund governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across
different jurisdictions.
• Expertise in commercial office investments, particularly in core and development-stage
assets.
Leadership & Relationship Management
• Proven ability to manage institutional investor relationships and act as a strategic advisor to
capital partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging with
IC’s.
