<p>firm with US$2.5 billion in AUM, focused on Grade A office developments across India’s top four</p>
<p>cities: Bangalore, NCR, Pune, and Mumbai. Managing a 10 million sq. ft. portfolio of institutional-</p>
<p>quality Class A office assets, GV delivers highly efficient, well-governed, and globally competitive</p>
<p>office developments. The funds comprise a mix of stabilized core assets and assets under</p>
<p>development, offering institutional investors diversified exposure across the commercial real estate</p>
<p>spectrum.</p>
<p>GV is fully integrated across the real estate value chain, with in-house capabilities spanning</p>
<p>investments, fund management, design & development, leasing, and property management.</p>
<p>Role Summary:</p>
<p>This individual will oversee the structuring, management, and execution of Godrej Venture’s</p>
<p>investment vehicles, ensuring they operate at the highest standards of governance, compliance, and</p>
<p>performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in institutional capital management, real</p>
<p>estate investment strategies, and fund structuring, with a proven ability to engage with global LPs and</p>
<p>institutional investors.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Investor Relations & Capital Partner Management</p>
<p>• Serve as the primary relationship manager for GV’s institutional investors, including sovereign</p>
<p>wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, and global LPs.</p>
<p>• Provide regular reporting, portfolio insights, and investment updates to capital partners,</p>
<p>ensuring transparency and alignment with investor expectations.</p>
<p>• Prepare and deliver investment presentations, and strategic capital market updates to LPs</p>
<p>and investment committees.</p>
<p>• Handling conflicting situation</p>
<p>Investment Analysis & Decision Support for business growth</p>
<p>• Conduct financial modelling, risk analysis, and market benchmarking for fund-level</p>
<p>investment decisions.</p>
<p>• Work closely with investment, Asset Management, and finance teams to form new growth</p>
<p>strategies</p>
<p>• Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to manage fund administration and risk</p>
<p>mitigation strategies.• Will manage capital calls with Investors</p>
<p>• Develop and implement best-in-class fund governance frameworks which should be best in</p>
<p>class, institutional grade</p>
<p>Key Requirements:</p>
<p>Experience & Education</p>
<p>• 8-9 years of experience in real estate investment, or fund management.</p>
<p>• MBA; CFA, CA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.</p>
<p>• Strong expertise in institutional capital management, fund structuring, and real estate</p>
<p>investment strategies.</p>
<p>Technical & Industry Expertise</p>
<p>• Deep understanding of real estate investment management, capital markets, and</p>
<p>institutional capital partner needs.</p>
<p>• Extensive experience managing fund structures, joint ventures, separately managed</p>
<p>accounts, and club structures.</p>
<p>• Strong knowledge of fund governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across</p>
<p>different jurisdictions.</p>
<p>• Expertise in commercial office investments, particularly in core and development-stage</p>
<p>assets.</p>
<p>Leadership & Relationship Management</p>
<p>• Proven ability to manage institutional investor relationships and act as a strategic advisor to</p>
<p>capital partners.</p>
<p>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging with</p>
<p>IC’s.</p>
