Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in sales strategy, sales negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales or within the relevant industry sector.
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of the local Noida market and business landscape.
  • Additional certifications in sales or business development.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in managing the complete sales cycle and achieving revenue targets is essential.

Environment

  • Full-time position based in Noida.
  • Office-based role with regular client meetings and fieldwork as required.
  • Fast-paced, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.

Salary

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
