• Oversee project cohorts for accurate alignment with SOW, milestone promise (approach and timelines)

• Be responsible for quality review process (1x,7x) - zero escalations

• Line up 10x reviews

• Manage separate team for pre-sales POCs (3-4 people)

• AM collaboration for account intel and growth

• Assign KRAs, qual metrics and track performance

• Provide specific feedback and track course correction (skill gap, prevent escalation, growth)

• Build rapport, relations and new connects (side and above current pocs) and run and maintain CSATs

• Allocation-deallocation

• Utilization, billability reports

• Enhance processes for changing times market, design trends

• Ensure healthy Des-Dev handshake
