<p>About the Role</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We are seeking an individual who will drive hands-on implementation of AI-powered solutions across the organisation. This is not just a strategy role — it’s for someone who thrives on building, deploying, and iterating real-world AI applications that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making for Isprava.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will blend technical execution skills with a product mindset, capable of turning business problems into AI-driven solutions at speed.</p>

<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p>
<p> </p>
<div>● Identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and decision-support tools for sales, marketing, operations, project management, HR and legal teams.</div>
<div>● Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and deploy AI solutions (chatbots, predictive models, generative AI tools, RPA) to enhance efficiency.</div>
<div>● Work closely with leadership and department heads to identify high-impact AI opportunities and ensure adoption.</div>
<div>● Collaborate with data teams to gather, clean, and structure data for AI model training and inference.</div>
<div>● Build and test AI-powered MVPs quickly, gather feedback, and iterate for scale.</div>
<div>● Deploy AI solutions into existing systems (CRM, ERP, internal tools, analytics dashboards).</div>
<div>● Train and support teams in using AI solutions effectively; create documentation and SOPs.</div>
<div>● Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and APIs where relevant.</div>
<div>● Track and report KPIs to measure the success and ROI of AI initiatives.</div>

<div>● Technical skill:</div>
<div>○ Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).</div>
<div>○ Knowledge of Python, AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).</div>
<div>○ Experience with RPA tools (N8N, Power Automate, Zapier).</div>
<div>○ API integrations & automation platforms.</div>
<div>● Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.</div>
<div>● Track record of delivering working solutions quickly and iteratively.</div>
<div>● Nice-to-Have: Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors.</div>
<div>● Nice-to-Have: Exposure to data visualisation and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).</div>

<p>Experience</p>
<div>● Bachelors degree in Engineering.</div>
<div>● 0–2 years in AI/ML product development, automation, or applied AI roles; experience in implementing solutions in real-world business settings.</div>
<div>● MBA is a plus.</div>
