Job Description

Brief Responsible for the administrative functions of an organization's HR department. Advise on strategic planning and consult on human resources issues, Organization development, and Performance management. COO Reports to • Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions. • Own end-to-end recruitment for all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior, Leadership). • Deeply understand functional requirements across roles (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.). Job Responsibility • Translate business needs into competency frameworks, skill matrices, and behavioral indicators. • Design hiring plans aligned with business growth, attrition trends, and productivity goals. • Build strong sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, consultants, social hiring, and internal databases. • Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies. • Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving. • Implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing employee performance issues. • Designing and administering compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices. • Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and handling legal issues related to employment. • • Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices. • Implementing safety programs and ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs. • Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to business planning, and supporting long-term growth and development. • MBA degree or equivalent • Experience as HR manager for at least 4-5 years. Qualification and Experience • Team handling experience is a must. • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Proven working experience as an HR Manager. • People-oriented and results-driven Skills: • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
