B. JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end talent acquisition with a strong focus on Senior Leadership hiring (60%), Bulk/Volume hiring (30%), and Recruitment MIS & Excel-based reporting (10%), ensuring timely closures, quality hires, and strong stakeholder engagement.

C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

 

Senior Leadership Hiring – 60%

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical leadership positions.
  • Partner with CXOs and business heads to understand strategic talent needs.
  • Manage executive sourcing, market mapping, offer negotiation, and joining assurance.

Bulk / Volume Hiring – 30%

  • Plan and execute bulk hiring across operations, plant, sales, and support roles.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, sourcing channels, and hiring funnels with defined SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost controls.

Recruitment MIS & Excel Reporting – 10% (2 KRAs)

  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and dashboards using Excel.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, joining ratios, and source effectiveness
  • Developing policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals. Initiating disciplinary action as per the policies if necessary, in consultation with Management
  • Managing entire exit process. Understanding the need of retention and taking measures accordingly
  • Ability to plan social media branding on different online platforms.
