Job Summary

The Scrum Master plays a critical role in guiding and facilitating Agile methodologies within a team. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices while fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management.
• Knowledge of frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Kanban and risk management practices.
• Experience in project management and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a software development environment.
• Understanding of product ownership and collaboration.
• Additional Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or SAFe Agilist.
