Job Description

<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven track record in execution of multiple institutional building projects (< 25 Crores project) from concept to commissioning </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Overall 15-20 years of experience in managing / executing turnkey projects with minimum of last 8-10 years in building construction in Metro and Tier I cities experience in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune is preferred but not mandatory</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrated leadership and capabilities to manage and lead 10+ projects sites simultaneously with overall annual budget outlay of more than 60+ Crores (preferred)</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Sound understanding of statutory, regulatory, and licensing approval requirement for building, educational institutes facilities including understanding of Bye Laws, standards </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Effective in liasoning with government and regulatory body for timely approval</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven skills in development and management of turnkey contractor, equipment supplier and vendor base </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in site selection for setting up schools/colleges/ educational institutes for desired business objective will be an added advantage (preferred but not mandatory)</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in leading engagements with external consultants i.e. Architects, design consultants, structural consultants and PMC </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in setting up G+10 buildings with single project of more than 1.5-2 lac sqft area </span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Brownfield expansion project experience required for buildings including renovation projects </span></span></span></span></li>
