Primary Responsibilities:

● Working with Execs: Be a strategic partner to the CEO and team with other internal stakeholders/ leaders as a Finance Business Partner.

● Working with Principals: Work with market place principals to run an annual planning process and monitor execution against this.

● Overall profitability: Drive overall profitability and margins for the different GL’s / teams in the company working along with COO and GL Leads.

● Oversee transformation projects and give direction to the team: The day to day activities here will be managed by the third party service provider and need to ensure delivery as per required SLA’s.

● Oversee Core finance functions and give direction to the team: Define and execute Budget and Budget Vs. Actual Reporting. Also own and manage tax, audit & compliance matters.

● Oversee deliverables from third party service provider to ensure complete control over operations and accountability
