The Role</div>
<div>The Responsibilities<br />
KodeKloud is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various<br />
marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong<br />
background in marketing project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</div>
<div>• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals,<br />
deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets<br />
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the<br />
successful execution of marketing projects<br />
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project objectives, timelines,<br />
and updates to stakeholders across the organization, including marketing,<br />
sales, product development, and executive teams. Collaborate closely<br />
with Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Copy &<br />
Content, Creative and Community team for daily tasks.<br />
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing deliverables meet quality<br />
standards and align with the company's brand guidelines<br />
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure<br />
projects are delivered within budgetary constraints</div>

• Performance Tracking: Track project progress using appropriate tools<br />
and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders<br />
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing<br />
project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work<br />
environment<br />
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project processes and performance<br />
metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement<br />
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as<br />
needed to support project execution</div>

<div>The Person<br />
To be successful in this role, one must have -<br />
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related<br />
field. MBA preferred.<br />
• Proven experience in project management, specifically within a<br />
marketing environment.<br />
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.<br />
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability<br />
to prioritize tasks effectively.<br />
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability<br />
to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br />
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, Asana, or<br />
Trello<br />
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.<br />
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to<br />
addressing challenges.<br />
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</div>
